Yes, I agree with you Mr. President, Congress is in fact wasting time, and they have been wasting time for a while now.
I take a comment like, “Congress is not getting its work done,” to heart when it comes from a president who has spent 418 vacation days, that is right, more than a year in a 8 year term, and who has failed, repeatedly, to "get the job done."
It seems apparent to me that the work that Congress hasn't done has been to hold you and your cabinet acountable for your actions and lack of actions.
I am dissapointed in America; why are we not up in arms? Why have we not ousted this waste of human life and done something right for a change? Why have we allowed ourselves to be apart to torture? TORTURE.
As in taking a human being and treating them as if we are an actual authoritarian government.
I would like to quote something that it seems our government has forgotten; "we hold these truths to be self evident, that ALL men are created equal..."
So Mr. President, should we treat you as you have treated other men? Other humans?
Should we strap you to a board and dunk your head under water?
